Indeed, many of them were represented on Step 1.\ Audience: It is intended for students preparing for the exam. \ Features: The best thing about this book is the format of presenting a clinical vignette followed by in-depth explanations, a method that I have not seen used before. It also provides adequate diagrams to help in the explanation of the vignette. The only shortcoming is that the book is not a comprehensive review of what students need to know for Step 1.\ Assessment: This is an excellent book for high-yield clinical vignettes that are tested on USMLE Step 1, but it is not as comprehensive as First Aid for the USMLE Step 1, Le et al. (McGraw-Hill, 2012).\ \
