Floppy-eared canines zooming around in cars, riding a Ferris wheel, and generally having a marvelous time illustrate simple concepts in single and two-page vignettes. Recurring through the book is a disagreement about hats - a disagreement that is finally resolved at the great dog party high in the top of a tree.
