Section one, on theories of liability, contains chapters on negligence, tortuous misrepresentation, warranty, and strict liability in tort. The next section deals with product defectiveness and contains discussions of the nature and proof of defectiveness, manufacturing defects, design defects, and limitations on defectiveness. Examination of causation follows, and includes chapters dealing with cause in fact and proximate cause.
