The author has included a message to parents at the beginning, to help them have the conversations that they need to have with their children. It also has a message to kids, to help them make the most of the memory book. I believe this book will be a tremendous gift book. However, the fill-in pages and the personalization that is encouraged will prevent it from being a viable purchase for a public or academic setting.
