Scientific Aspects of Women's Gymnastics, Vol. 45
Three senior researchers in physical education (two are affiliated with USA Gymnastics) have written a detailed volume compiling the scientific and medical studies of women's gymnastics together with issues of the culture of the sport. The topics include biomechanics, injury and growth, epidemiology of injuries, kinanthropometry, and physiology. The audience will be coaches and gymnasts as well as scientists and physicians.
