Mann and Roberts (business law, U. of North Carolina at Chapel Hill) offer a text for use in business law, legal environment, and certified public accounting courses. Covering contracts to wills, they emphasize the regulatory environment of business law. Chapters include cases and exercises using the Internet; an auxiliary Web site is available.
