Since Wasmuth's 1994 publication about Dieter Sieger, Sieger Design has developed into one of the largest and most successful design offices in Germany. A family firm now largely in the hands of the founder's sons, this volume finds Sieger Design firmly part of the international design context that has taken hold of the beginnning of the 21st century, shifting away from isolated product design toward scientifically founded, closely networked design projects.
