Ptarmigan with Brandied Peach Glaze, Bear Tenderloin with Blackberry Sauce, Cranberry-glazed Spruce Hen, Hawaiian Caribou, and Fireweed Jelly are just a few of the almost 100 recipes used by the Carrolls and other Alaska residents.
